The living room has 2 sofas, a tv and also a table for dinner if you want to have friends over etc. The flat is totally furnished so no need to have to bring anything unless you want to.

The garden is spacious with a table and chair, perfect for having people over or just being outside, even in the colder weather. 

The flat is 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station and 10 minutes from the park. Living with lovely housemates that ate respectful of space and noise on weekdays but also love to hang out have dinner, watch a film or grab a drink at the pub.

Looking for someone to move in and potentially take over the lease next year in April if preferred. Ideally move in ASAP but can be flexible with dates!
