Hello, I have 2 double rooms in a terraced house in SE10 Greenwich.

There are only 2 bedrooms in the house and 1 shared bathroom.

The room is available from mid-November 2024

NO AGENCY as this is my property.

4 minutes to the bus stop
nearest tube station: North Greenwich (zone 2)
Nearest train station : Westcombe Park
gym, Library , GP all in within 3 minutes walk ( the Greenwich centre).

No smokers with no pets,
It is very important that the tenant is a clean and tidy person who will take care of the home as much as I would.

There is a spacious living room and a separate kitchen which are common areas.

On the first floor, there is a good size shared bathroom with bathtub and electric shower.

All the bills are included except gas and electricity which we will share.
It’s based on consumption.

VERY IMPORTANT RULE, No external guests are allowed inside the property for insurance purposes ( monitored by an external camera)
No pets and no smoking.
