A beautiful and spacious ground floor double bedroom is available from 1st January in our 4 bedroom home, just 10 minutes’ walk from Wood Green tube station. Kings Cross is 20 minutes away on the Piccadilly line and 24-hour buses run seamlessly to Finsbury Park, Shoreditch, Old Street, Camden Town and Central London.

The house is on two floors and is very well maintained. It is clean and bright, with a good sized open kitchen and a nice living room, which together form a large communal space. There is a bathroom on each floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, plus a large garden.

Sometimes we organize to have dinner, a barbecue, a drink or just chat and smoke (outdoors only!) while enjoying a sunny day in the garden or in the common area during the winter.

We are 3 professionals working in London and we are looking for a nice person who wants to make this place their home. If that's you, you will share the house with a girl and 2 boys.
