1 Bed Flat, Angles Road, SW16

I'm renting my flat from the 17th of October 24 to the 13th of April 25. I'm looking to rent for the entirety of that period.

It's a 1 bedroom/studio, basically, there is a very big bedroom that includes a small sofa and a desk, and a separate large kitchen with a big dining table, but no proper reception room.
I bought this flat 2 years ago and have renovated most of it myself, there are still finishing touches to be added, but I've tried to make it bright and relaxing.

There is a big private garden with a daybed, hammock and sun loungers, really quiet, I usually have my breakfast outside and it's great.

The rent includes the bills/internet/ council tax but not the energy bill and will ask you to switch the contract to your name.

The area is very quiet despite being 5 min away from the high road.
There are numerous good restaurants around (ask me for recommendations), a good bakery, chemists and grocery shops, two gyms and a cinema just around the corner.

There is free parking in the street.

Single occupant or couple. 
I'm ok with cats but not dogs sorry. 


I will be holding viewings this week, I can be flexible.
As I'm renting this flat a bit last minute, I'll ask that you get a backround check asap through openrent (they are 25£/person  and you'll be able to use it with other landlords in the future).
