** LAUNDRY
Please note there is NO washing machine however Bow Wash Launderette on St Stephen's Road is a two-minute walk. The monthly cleaner will also change all bed linens and towels.
** MACERATOR PUMP
The lower ground floor space uses a macerator pump for its wastewater (eg kitchen sink, shower, toilet and basin). The pump can only process natural waste and toilet paper. Foreign objects such as tampons, condoms, excess hair from the shower, and bulky or hard objects (olive stones etc) will break the pump immediately so please dispose of these in the waste bins provided. It normally takes 24-48 hours to get someone out to fix the macerator and during that period none of the water facilities can be used.
