I have moved out of my flat to move in with my partner. We are in the process of trying to buy somewhere together, so I will be putting my flat on the market soon. I am looking for a shortish term tenant (for 3 to 6 months, possibly a little longer, difficult to say at this stage).
I would propose a 6 month contract with 3 month break clause for both parties, and then a rolling contract thereafter if it goes on for longer than 6 months. I am open to discussions about this.
I would very much appreciate a tenant who would accomodate reasonable requests for viewings from potential buyers (arranged with the tenant's prior notice and consent, of course).
