We’re renting our beautiful, sunny 1 bedroom flat, between Kilburn and Queens Park in Brondesbury.

The flat is in a three story, semi-detached house and comes part or fully-furnished with built-in storage space. Rooms include: a good size double bedroom, bathroom with full suite (including bath), recently refurbished kitchen and a large living room with space for dining, a large attic and the house has a communal cellar.

Transport links in the area are excellent; Kilburn tube station (Jubilee) and Queens Park (Bakerloo) are both 7 minutes walk away and Brondesbury Overland with direct trains to Dalston, Stratford, Hampstead, Shepherd's Bush, Richmond and Clapham is a 5 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 30 seconds from the front door with buses that go direct to Oxford Circus and Holborn and you can get the train direct to Euston from Queens Park.

Local places to eat include Milk Beach, Vijays, Michiko Sushino, Spicy Basil, Gail's, Ida, Carmel and more. Queens Park also so has great independent delis and pubs, a book shop and busy food market on a Sunday. There is also a Tesco Metro, large Sainsbury's and a Waitrose within walking distance.

We are renting and managing the flat privately so there won’t be any tenant fees to pay. Our previous tenants have been extremely happy in the flat - in nine years we have rented the flat twice, for four years and then five years. We are looking to confirm our new tenant or tenants as soon as possible and ideal move in date is the 16th November. Please note, rental is excl. bills.
