The flat comprises hallway, lounge-kitchen-diner with brand new kitchen, large shower room and large double bedroom. The flat has wonderful 20-mile views all the way to West London.

I live in the rest of the house with my cat, and my son is at Uni and so is back home from time to time - there is a large garden with garden bar which can be used by arrangement.

Crystal Palace is a lively and friendly place with a village feel but still in zone 3 so pretty central. Both Crystal Palace station and Norwood Junction are within a 20-min walk and both have trains and tubes; there are also plenty of good bus routes.
