Deptford is a vibrant and diverse area, with an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurant and nightlife all on your doorstep. I lived here myself for 4 years from 1998 and I have been renting it out as the sole owner-landlord since 2002. My previous tenants have each stayed on average for 5 years so I am looking for long-term renters ideally. It's a great home for a single person or a couple. There are pleasant grounds around the block, car parking just outside and a park next to the estate.
