We have a couple of 1-bed flats available in a block of flats. Most of the properties have balconies with fantastic views of the city. Monthly fees include council tax (which equates to a saving of around £130 per month).

- In the heart of north west London, these flats are a stone’s throw from Queen’s Park and Salusbury Road where you can find great coffee spots and a wide range of local amenities.
- The block of flats is a 10-12 minute walk from Queen’s Park station. From here you can get to central London in 10 minutes on the Overground.

Eligibility criteria
To become a Dot Dot Dot guardian, you must:
- Be happy to volunteer 16 hours of your time each month to a charitable cause you care about
- Be open-minded, flexible, reliable, creative and resourceful
- Be over 18, not living with children or pets
- Demonstrate an annual income or savings of 30x the monthly licence fee.
- Evidence your right to rent in the UK
- Provide a solid move on plan for when you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
