This is an incredible one-bedroom flat DIRECTLY opposite Willesden Green tube station.

It's modern flat in a modern block on the 6th floor (yes with a lift) with the most wonderful view. On a nice day the view out of the living room window of just totally inspiring. 

The flat has been totally refurbished and it consists of:

- double bedroom with double bed

The rent does not include any bills. The bills that you will need to pay are: council tax (Brent band D, electricity, water, broadband/TV if you use them)
On top there is a deposit of 1 month's rent which will be stored in the deposit protection scheme. There are no other fees.

I am looking for a professional person or couple with a good job and good reference. I am sorry but I cannot accept people claiming housing benefits as the housing benefit allowance will not cover the rent.

There is no parking available for this flat. It is not possible either to apply for visitors or residents parking.
I will consider applications from tenants with pets but I may charge extra rent.
