I am going travelling and my flat is available to rent, 13th February until 2nd July 2025.

It’s a large 1 bedroom ground floor flat, within a converted Victorian terraced property with 2 other flats, and has been recently re-furbished. Open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, with bi-fold doors out to the private garden which must be seen to be appreciated! The cellar provides ample storage & houses the washing machine, tumble dryer & large freezer.

Great location - 15 mins walk to Brixton tube, 2 mins to nearest bus stop & nearest shop. 10 mins to Brockwell park.

The flat comes with my lovely cat, Zoe, who is 4 years old. As part of the agreement you would need to look after her please - keep her fed & watered. She is independent, and has a cat flap out into the garden. She is super friendly (albeit a bit shy) & will want cuddles, she is a lap-cat! All food etc. will be provided & I have a regular cat sitter on speed dial for holidays.

I am looking for someone, or a couple, who is kind & respectful and will treat my cat & my home as if they are their own. If this is you then please get in touch!
