The Flat is at Fulham Road. The bedroom is spacious and has a king sized bed with a large built in wardrobe. The bedroom leads on to the balcony which faces private gardens so it is very quiet at night. There is a separate bathroom with a combined bath and shower and an extractor fan. The kitchen has a washer-dryer and dishwasher, as well as a gas hob. The living room has lots of space, with wooden floors throughout. It is ideal for couples or single residents. The closest station is Fulham Broadway which is a 5 minute walk away. The surrounding area has everything you need and it's opposite the Chelsea Football Stadium which is quite fun if you are a fan.


There are some furnishings included with the flat and others which we'd be happy to sell on to the new tenants. Included in the flat is a couch, armchair, 2 coffee tables, fridge, bed, and mattress. We also have some of our own furniture: 4 dining chairs, a dining table, desk, mirror, and another fridge that we may be looking to sell. Please note that unfurnished is not an option, so the furnishings listed as coming with the flat cannot be removed.


We are the tenants of this flat which is under contract with Foxtons. The contract has another year (with an option for extension after this) but we are having to move unexpectedly so we are looking to transfer the contract. This means that we are not able to negotiate the terms of the contract, but also you essentially get a flat at a 2023 price rather than a 2024 price. Move-in dates are flexible, earliest is late August and latest is 1st October. In the contract pets are allowed at the landlord's discretion, we are currently awaiting clarification on this.
