1 Bed Flat, Greenwood Road, E8

This is a beautiful first floor flat with high ceilings and lots of light in a period property in E8's conservation area, which unusually looks out onto greenery on either side and so is a real peaceful idyll - it really needs to be seen and the light inside is wonderful.

The property is being rennovated currently after our last tenant who has lived there for six years so there will be new brand new kitchen and kitchen floor (see landscape image with the couch which just has a small amount of the new kitchen in it). More photos to follow soon. New carpets have just been fitted on the communal stairs, and throughout the flat, and complete redecoration. Some of these pictures are a little outdated but the renovation is currently happening right now.

The flat is part-furnished - there is a new couch that the tenant is leaving, which fits really well in the flat which is optional to keep (See grey couch in pictures), an antique table in the front room that comes with the flat (see pictures) with two chairs which are optional. No other furniture is there except the shelves and light fittings. There is a deep fitted wardrobe in the bedroom with great storage. 

There is also a bike cupboard, which currently no one else in the building uses, which can fit around 8 bikes in the communal hallway.

There is a front garden which, although technically shared by all three flats, only the tenants from this flat have looked after and so is pretty much exclusively used by them, and we are happy for this to continue and there is a very small roof garden outside the back of the bedroom which the current tenants use to grow herbs and flowers on.

The flat is situated just a few minutes walk from Hackney Downs station and round the corner from the cafes in Dalston Lane and bustling Wilton Way on one of the most beautiful streets in E8. There are lovely neighbours both above and below renting and so we are keen to find people that will be just as happy to be in the building. 

We have lived in the flat ourselves and so are attached to it and keen to look after it so respond to any issues quickly - equally we are also  looking for a person or a couple to care for it and really make it a home.
