The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine and small dishwasher.
I just put in a new boiler so you'll be nice and warm.

The council tax band is for Lambeth Council.
I will not raise the rent for as long as you choose to live there.

I have one quirky thing to add: one of the smaller walls has some wall art on it: this needs to stay, but you are welcome to add to it and even extend it.

I also don't have a problem with you redecorating if you are planning to stay there for some time.

Parking: it's permit parking, but you have access gated parking area which is safer and the council don't charge extra for it.
