We are looking for tenants to take over our recently refurbished, modern one-bedroom flat, located just under a 10-minute walk from Canning Town Station.

This spacious flat includes separate areas for the bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a private balcony. The bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, and the flat benefits from large windows that fill the entire flat with natural light. As a new build, the flat is well-insulated, helping to keep monthly bills low, even during the winter months.

The flat comes furnished with all essentials: a bed, mattress, wardrobe, sofa, dining table, chairs, fridge, and two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). We will be taking some of our furniture with us, but if there are particular pieces you’d like to keep, we’re open to negotiation.

The flat is on the fourth floor, accessible by both stairs and a lift. The building offers secure on-site parking for both bikes and cars, and there are individual mailboxes located in the lobby. The building also has a warm and friendly community atmosphere.

In terms of location, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest large supermarket (Morrisons) and just 15 minutes to Custom House Elizabeth Line Station. Additionally, there are local corner shops just a minute away for added convenience.

While we unfortunately need to end our tenancy early, Foxtons (who manage the property) are fully supportive of a tenant takeover. Our landlady, Joanna, has been incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay, and Foxtons has been equally helpful in managing the property.
