Q: Do I charge extra rent for pets? A: No, I do not ask for extra rent for this, though I do ask that you take care of any "doggy damage" or "catty chaos".
Q: What floor is the flat on? A: The flat is on the top floor, so there are two floors of stairs to go up, and young children might struggle with that.
Q: Are the photos up to date? A: They give a good idea of the flat but the flat is currently being fully redecorated, which is due to finish by 14th February, so updated photos will be uploaded afterwards. Please note that appliances and loose goods are not included in the letting.
Q: Can I give details about the rent and deposit? A: The rent is payable monthly in advance as is the deposit of £1,875.00.
Q: What is the EPC rating? A: The current EPC shows a rating of D, but since then single glazing has been replaced with double glazing throughout. The EPC is due for renewal in June 2023.
Q: Can I arrange evening viewings? A: Sometimes. I will do my best, but I do find that it is often the case that evening viewings means that people miss out because someone viewing earlier in the day takes the flat on.
Q: Do I intend to sell the flat soon? A: No. I would be happy to have a tenant stay for years, as that would mean it works out for everyone.
Q: How many occupiers do I allow? A: Generally the flat would suit one or two occupiers who share a bedroom. I would not rent to someone who wants to use the living room as a bedroom.
