These would be shared with the couple owners of the house, although they have their own separate kitchen and bathroom facilities on the ground floor, so their use of these would be limited.

Location

Situated in the centre of Peckham’s Bellenden Village within the Holly Grove Conservation Area, the house has been renovated to its original Victorian splendour, with a pea-shingled front garden planted with ferns, and bay windows opening onto a tree-lined, historic street. Located just off Bellenden Road, a rich offering of independent shops, cafés and artisan restaurants are on the doorstep: from the well-loved Review Bookshop; the seasonal produce of General Store and Flock & Herd; to a stream of popular neighbourhood eateries, including Artusi, Ganapati and The Begging Bowl.
