Wofrari is a large Kempenaar barge, built in Germany in 1958, but converted and sailed over from Holland by the owners 8 years ago. She was a working barge, carrying dry cargo until that time, and the Captain and his family lived onboard in these aft quarters.

Bright and warm - centrally heated, with large open plan kitchen/living area. Separate cabin with double bed. Bathroom with shower. Recently refurbished.

Large private  outdoor area with gorgeous views over the water, and towards Mudchute City Farm.

Peaceful, yet convenient location. Moments from DLR, and a short walk into Canary Wharf.

Owners have their own self-contained flat at the other end of the barge, but both units are entirely separate with their own entrances, and a large cargo hold between the two flats - ensuring complete privacy and quiet.

These is no council tax to pay, and no water charges. Internet is included. The only additional bills are for diesel (central heating) and electricity.

This is a permanent mooring, not a cruiser. The bedroom has one double bed. The bathroom has a shower, but no bath (note; there is restricted headroom in the bathroom)
