I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract ending Feb 2025. The rent is £1650/pcm, bills not included. The bills are around £200 in total (£105 council tax (band C), about £80 electricity, £20 broadband). The flat is available from 11 November (but I am flexible so please, let me know your proposed move-in date). The price is below market, and landlords are not allowed to increase the rent under the contract.
A well-presented one bedroom apartment in Arcadia Court. This bright and spacious apartment overlooks the communal gardens and has a separate kitchen and wooden floors throughout. The flat is furnished (as you can see, I'm minimalist, so there is plenty of space for you to add your own furniture). The shared garden is quiet and lovely: it has garden table and barbeque.
The location is incredible. The flat is great for professionals who work in the City, as the City is within walking distance (I have never taken the tube to work). 3 min walk to Aldgate East (District and Hammersmith line); 5 min walk to Aldgate (Circle, Metropolitan line); 9 min walk to Liverpool Street (Elisabeth line).
Located next to the world famous Petticoat Market and Spitalfields Market, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, coffee shops, pubs, takeaways - all in no more than 5-10 minutes walk.
Sorry, no pets (unless you convince landlords which is not impossible). Landlords are very nice and responsive.
There is also a business relocation break clause in the tenancy (i.e. if you move out of London for work you can end the tenancy).
