The flat is the top floor (second floor) of a terrace building with artist studios out the back.  It is extremely quiet and tranquil for such a vibrant location.  You have everything on your doorstep that East London has to offer including Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower market less than 5 minute walk.
The flat itself is small but extremely light and airy.  The bedroom is cosy with only a double bed and fitted wardrobes but the living room/kitchen space is large with all the mod cons and a great view of the City.  There is a lovely internal staircase and new bathroom with bath and overhead shower.  There is also plenty of storage space throughout the flat with large wardrobe in the hallway as well as cupboards and shelves in the bedroom and living room.  There is one girl who lives and owns the flat below and is really friendly and quiet.
The whole neighbourhood is very peaceful and yet we are only an 8 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station (central line - 20 minutes to Central London/Oxford Circus). Also Hoxton on the Overland is only 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of buses from Hackney Road and Bethnal Green Road (1 minute walk) into town and the City.  Shoreditch is a 15 minute walk away.
The flat is perfect for a couple or single professional and is fully kitted out and ready to go.  We used to live in the flat before we moved to the South Coast with our children and were very happy there.
