Telegraph Hill is a conservation area with two parks of which one has amazing views over London, a cafe on top of the hill, and street parking. Brockley station is just 7 minutes walk away with London Overground trains taking you to Shoreditch within 20 minutes and to London Bridge in around 10 minutes. Close by are also Nunhead stations with lines to Victoria and King's Cross/St Pancras, as well as New Cross with trains to Cannon Street.
