The street is quiet with plenty of parking. West Dulwich (7mins) and Tulse Hill (3mins) stations are nearby, with several gorgeous pubs, plenty of shops and 3 huge parks, all within walking distance.

The flat is a perfect home for a couple sharing with one large double bedroom. The lounge covers the width of the property looking south onto the garden, so there's loads of light and the room is big enough for a dinning table, this is the heart of the property.
The new Kitchen also looks out onto the garden area with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer. plenty of cupboards and a separate larder. If you're into cooking, you'll love it.
The large Bathroom is also new and the whole property's heating has been upgraded with double glazing, so bills can be kept to a minimum.
