I am looking to let my premium studio at Scape Bloomsbury student residence between the dates of June 10th and September 7th 2024 (12 1/2 weeks)

Scape Bloomsbury is conveniently Located close to many universities such as UCL, SOAS, LSE etc. It is walking distance to St Pancras station, King’s Cross station, and local tubes and bus stops.

The modern building has a 24 hour reception, and a 24 hour gym which you will have full access to, as well as a cinema. There is a laundry room, study spaces as well as a large common room. There is also highspeed wifi.

The room is on the 7th floor of the building which is second from the top of the building. It is west facing so gets sunlight all afternoon, and has huge windows.

The room is fully furnished as can be seen in the photos.  Some  furniture (sofa, chair, TV) will be removed.  The pink wallpaper can also be removed if desired to reveal red walls underneath.

There’s plentiful  storage, with three closets, and a large under bed storage.

There is also a dining area and desk area with drawers and bookshelf space.

All amenities in the building are included with the room, and as are all bills and services including cinema, gym and fast broadband.

The price of the room per week is £646 so £8,400 for 12 weeks, payable in full on signing and I'll throw in the extra few days.

Lease will be transferred to the new tenant and  will be arranged by the landlord, Scape.

Tenant must be a current student or recent graduate (eg on internship).
