Walking through Millfields Parks will lead you to Chatsworth Road, which has many brunch spots and independent shops, as well as a market most weekends. 

Clapton station is a 10-minute walk away and is on the overground line. Liverpool street is three stops to the south and Walthamstow Central - at the end of the Victoria Line - is two stops to the north.
