It is located in a quiet cul de sac close to Lidl, 15 min walk from the big Tesco and Surrey Quays station (overground). Canada water station (Jubilee line) is just under 20 min walk. There are numerous parks and green spaces around, and you can get to the riverside in around 15 minutes walk too.

There is private parking just in front of the house, in case you have a car.

There are two rooms in the property, but you will be mostly there alone as I only pass by every few months (with plenty of notice) when transiting through London, so in effect you will have the whole house mostly to yourself.

The rent does not include bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband).
