A bright spacious two bedroom two-level flat on the 15th floor of a tower block building. There is one large bedroom with double bed and built in storage and one smaller room with double bed and built in storage. There is one bathroom and one toilet. Fully equipped kitchen. The flat is 5 minutes walk from Stockwell tube station which gets you into central London in 15 minutes.  It is a ten minute walk to Clapham High street station (overground), Clapham North and Brixton.

My sister and I own the flat. The reason we are renting is because one of us are away travelling for 3 months. We are asking for £2400 per month with bills included for the whole place.

There is a community feel in the building and we are surrounded by neighbours so looking for people who are friendly and respectful and not interested in hosting late night parties. There is a concierge who also provides security to the building from 12pm-midnight.
