we are renting our gorgeous 2 bedroom flat situated on the first floor of a beautiful double fronted period property, the apartment has high ceilings and is extremley bright.The apartment was refurbished a few years back and we have just redecorated throughout as we believe in looking after it.The pictures don"t do it justice

the living room has been opened up and is really huge and is incredibly light with a gorgeous sash window - it's a perfect flat for entertaining, would make a gorgeous home for a young professional couple or friends sharing.
our current tenants (2 lovely ladies sharers) have adored living here but have both decided to move on after living here for over 3 years.
the bathroom has been totally redesigned, with a large walk in shower, under floor heating, large heated towel rail, washing machine and laundry cupboard.The kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and lots of storage, and an ornate balcony perfect for growing herbs and flowers.we are a local family who are looking for some nice tenants to move into our flat, we also live in balham so you can rest assured if anything does go (not that it should) we will get someone in immediately to fix it, being private landlords managing the property we care about our tenants- there are no hidden fees, if you like the sound of the flat and want to come and see it just drop us a line ;)

situated on balham grove our apartment is in a fantastic central location in balham - it's a really safe area to live in, with both the main line over ground train and the tube (northern line) you are also in wandsworth council which is still the lowest council tax in the country ;) balham is a really vibrant safe area with fantastic travel links into central london, it has a tube and overground service.There are a huge selection of shops, sainsburys super store, waitress, boutique delis and cafes, check out hildreth street - seriously cool place to eat at anytime of the day.The apartment is currently unfurnished but we are happy to get a few bits - we look forward to hearing from you.
