The bedrooms come with extra comfy super king and double bed and plenty of space for you to store your belongings. The bathroom has been recently renovated.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residential building. You will be surprised by the big size of the lift!

Important information

- Minimum stay 1 month for the entire property. 

- Long-term rental: Please note that we would sign a 12-month tenancy agreement with a 4-month break clause and a 2-month Notice Period for both parties. This means that the earliest time that the tenancy can be ended is after the expiry of 6-month from the commencement of the rental.

- Security Deposit will vary depending on the length of stay

- Bills are not included. We will add them to the monthly rate for stays shorter than 6 months

- Suitable for 2-3 people

- Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, we will not organise viewings for stays that are shorter than 3 months. We can provide more photos and information upon request

- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. You will need to smoke outside and collect your cigarette butts
