We are looking for 2 individuals, or a couple to rent our flat in Battersea as both my flatmate and I are moving abroad for work. There can only be two names on the lease total. 

The flat is ideally situated on Battersea Park Road - 3 minutes walk from Battersea Park, 10 minutes from Clapham Junction and 15 minutes from Battersea Power Station. There are multiple different supermarkets all within 5 mins walk (Sainsbury's, Tesco and Asda) as well as many pubs and restaurants.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is slightly larger, comes with a TV and has an en-suite. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious and bright with built in storage. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor.

Going to the top floor we have a huge open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is great with big island in the middle and lots of work spaces. For cooking we have an induction hob and electric oven. Comes with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave. Living room has 2 sofas (one of them is a sofa bed for when you have guests) and comes with the TV.
