Our apartment is a gem; we're not saying this because it is ours!
The location:
The flat is situated on the fourth floor of Benyamin Apartments, between Russia Park and the Thames River in Canada Water, London.
It is perfect for those who love to live in London and have leisure/work close by but want to feel in contact with nature in a relaxed environment when at home.

The kitchen and living room consist of a big open space with windows- walls on both sides and a balcony accessible from the kitchen.
The kitchen is a standard kitchen with storage, a built-in fridge, electric oven and microwave. Plus an island in the middle where you have a dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, and a nice seating area for two.
The living room has a dining table for 4 (up to 6 people), a sofa for three with a footstool, a coffee table TV, plus wall shelves.
The balcony has a seating space for two and a small storage.
All amenities and furniture are relatively new, good quality and in great condition. The walls have been repainted in 2023. The floor is wood.
The apartments receive sunlight from all sides of the property.
Neighbours are friendly and the building has bike storage.

15 minutes walking distance to Canada Water Tube Station and Surrey Keys Overground
5 minutes walking distance to Greenland Surrey Keys Pier
2 minutes walking distance to bus stops where you can take C10 and 381

The Area:
The area is quiet, secure and friendly. We have our local pub "The Ship and Whale" which has a nice outdoor space, but there are also other three pubs nearby (within walking distance). There is a nice gastro-pub nearby for meat lovers.
There are supermarkets, mini-markets and off-licenses around the property.
There are schools, tennis courts, football courts, a local gym, Odeon etc...
The centre of Canada Water is also within walking distance and there you can find more restaurants, markets on the weekends, cafes, and a shopping mall. gyms, and more.
Finally, for those who don't know the area, it is a neighbourhood that has everything you need!
