I recently moved out of my much loved two bed flat following the birth of our second child. It had been home for more than 12 years and is a great flat - large rooms, big windows and a great location. The flat would be well suited to two professionals, with one en suite bathroom and the main bathroom serving the other bedroom - and with plenty of living space for both.

It would also suit a small family - we lived there very happily as a couple with our first child and is well suited to this with lifts and a large hallway - perect for prams and paraphenalia!

The flat comes with an integrated kitchen and an almost new washing machine, as well as a bookshelf, TV stand and build in wardrobes in the main bedroom - but it is otherwise unfurnished. We would be willing to consider a reduced rate for the first month's rent if someone needs to buy furniture.

The location of the flat is fantastic - close to the new Battersea Power Station development, the new tube stop at Nine Elms, as well as ever dependable Clapham. Stockwell and Vauxhall are easy walks and it is well served by bus routes too.

There is a 24 hour concierge service for the flats and a private car park beneath the block of flats - as well as a separate storage facility.

I am flexible in terms of requirements - happy to consider anything from a short term rental through to a 12 month+ rental.
