The main bedroom has a super king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The flat is beautiful, warm, and modern. Rent is £2,300 per month, which includes water and WiFi. The only additional costs are electricity (approximately £80 per month) and council tax (approx £110 per month).

We are looking for someone to take over our lease agreement which is through reputable agent. The following applies to the current lease:
Expiry Date: 22nd of April 2026 and thereafter from month to month
Break Clause: Yes, From 22nd of February 2025 (2 months notice).
The change of the names of the tenants will be completed through the agents, all necessary checks will still be completed to ensure you qualify.
