It looks into a well-maintained courtyard and with South-West facing windows in every room it is well lit-even on cloudy days. Along with the light, the flat’s clean lines add to the sense of spaciousness.

The living-dinning and kitchen work as one open space, making it great for entertaining (and avoiding a lonely cook!).

The kitchen is fully integrated, with a fridge-freezer, washing machine and a slim-line dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms, both set-up as bedroom + study with a King Bed (Bedroom 1) and a Double Bed (Bedroom 2).

Location: Within shouting distance of all of life’s amenities - cafe, bakery, groceries, florist, pub, salon, chemist, GP… etc. etc.! 

Walk 5 mins and you will be in Hyde Park, within 10 mins you hit Marble Arch and Edgware Road tube stations, go 15 mins and you can be in Mayfair, Marylebone, Paddington or Regent’s Park!
