My partner and I are moving away and, as a result, need to find suitable tenants to take over the remainder of our rental agreement, which runs until February 2026.

The flat is located in the heart of Clapham, on a very quiet road about 7-8 minutes' walk from Clapham North and Clapham Common stations. Within walking distance, you’ll find everything Clapham has to offer, including some of the best pubs in South London, as well as a range of supermarkets and other high street shops.

The flat itself is a two-bedroom, part-furnished ground-floor flat with its own private garden. It is wonderfully bright, featuring bay windows in the bedroom and large patio doors and windows in the living room/kitchen area.

The larger bedroom has plenty of space for a workstation and additional furniture. The smaller bedroom may not have enough space for both a bed and a workstation, but it is perfectly suited as a standalone bedroom. This is the room my partner and I currently use as our bedroom.

The lounge and kitchen are open-plan, with space for workstations as well as areas to relax. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a full-size fridge.

We are looking to move out in December or January of next year, but we are open to other suggestions.

The rent is £2,800 per month, with a deposit of £3,165.

We also have a small cat, so I assume cats would be acceptable for any new tenants.
