I'm a private landlord renting out my spacious 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment with outside terrace, in Streatham Hill.

The two bedrooms are both large (18"10 x 9"10), one en-suite bathroom and one next to a large family sized bathroom.

The apartment is furnished with main furniture items such as sofa, beds, TV, wardrobes, dining table & chairs etc.

It is located in the Gaumont Place (London Square) development opposite the train station, with a gym (free access), M&S food, Superdrug, Starbucks, CoOp and other amenities in the base of the building. Shops, gyms, restaurants, pubs and bars all within a few mins walk. Bus stop outside the building goes to Brixton tube station for easy access to the Victoria line.

I'm looking for professionals who will look after the apartment and make good neighbours to the other residents in the building. There are a nice community of young professionals living in the development. I am looking for an initial 12 month term (which can roll over beyond that if suitable). I would also consider a shorter term let but the pricing would change. Please contact me for pricing details of a shorter term let.

I can also offer an incl. bills price if tenants would prefer all of the bills to be handled by me. 

Tenants with small pets are acceptable.

The building has a small gym, that is free to use for residents, as well as a beautifully maintained communal gardens.

Parking can be bought on a residents permit for the street outside the building.
