The bed, large and adorned with high poles, promises a regal sleeping experience. The secondary bedroom, charmingly decorated with flowers and lovely curtains, includes a substantial dresser. Both rooms boast large windows that welcome warm morning light and offer dreamy stargazing at night. The beds, dressed in fresh, crisp linens, ensure a restful and delightful stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
For environmental considerations please turn off lights and TV when not in use. Please use heating responsibly and turn down the temperature when not in the property or checking out.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is prohibited in the property, the penalty fee is £500.
