This is an extremely quiet residential building just minutes walk from Hyde park and three tube stations.  Queensway is one street away filled with 24 hour shopping and dining with nottinghill around the corner and Paddington train station with the Heathrow express is very close by.   There is a front garden entrance and the flat itself  has its own private entrance and private garden at the rear.  No one other than the tenants themselves walks past your window. It is a garden flat which means stairs down to ground level but then the rest of the flat is on garden level with no stairs. The flat has a lot of charm in a 200 year old period building although it is in need of a refurbishment as the kitchen and bathrooms are very tired.  This is reflected in the lower rent so please be aware the flat is not modern.   It has a separate utility room and a hallway that is unusually large and can be made as a separate office.  If you are into drums and parties this is not the flat for you but if you want nice neighbours and quiet charm this is.  I am open to pets depending upon size and behaviour and deposit given but as a dog owner overall pets are accepted subject to discussion.
