I am looking to rent out my beautiful flat from the 25th of February. The flat is naturally both warm and light - you get sunlight from all angles in the day. The Garden is very green and all rooms look out onto it, so you don't feel like you are living in a city at all!

Brockwell Park (in my opinion the best in London) is a 5 min walk away and you have tennis courts, lido etc in the park. Herne Hill is a great place for a coffee, Sunday market and baked goods, whilst you also have Brixton close by for night-life and great restaurant scene. 

Brixton tube is around an 11 min walk. The general vibe in the building is very friendly. You share the garden with the other flats, however it's never busy and can be social when there's a few people down there. There is more than enough space for workouts etc, and there is also a bike storage area.
