Our 2 bedroom property is in the Stockwell/Clapham area with both Clapham North (Northern line) and Stockwell (Northern & Victoria line) tube stations being just a short 10-minute walk. Further up Landor Road has the lively Landor Pub and other shops including a bakery and coffee shop. Both Clapham High Street for the Overground and Brixton tube are around a 10/15 minute walk and the open space of Clapham Common being around a 20 minute walk.
The flat is in great condition and has two bedrooms – one is the main master (images attached show the bedroom with a super king bed for reference) whilst the smaller second bedroom we are using as an office/storage space but this can easily be a single spare bedroom.
The property is on the bottom floor of the building and will be unfurnished – please see attached the 'empty' space as per the original listing so you can see what the space will appear like when you move in without our belongings! The garden is fantastic in the summer getting sunshine throughout the day and has private usage with no access to the two flats above.
The living room is a good space and is currently being used as an open space lounge/dining area and bedrooms also boasts lots of light. The kitchen is smaller, however the flat is the perfect size for a couple with appliances including a full size fridge and freezer and washing machine (newly installed this year.)
