Both bedrooms contain a double bed each and storage space. There is one complete bathroom and an additional toilet room. It has a private entrance and is located in front of the Oval Cricket Ground

Important information

- Minimum stay: 1 month for the entire property

- Security Deposit will vary depending on the length of stay

- Bills are not included. We will add them to the monthly rate for stays shorter than 6 months

- Suitable for 1-4 people

- Due to COVID-19 lockdown, we will not organise viewings for stays that are shorter than 3 months. We can provide more photos and information upon request

- We are open to Buddy Ups. If you are a single person, we are open to you finding someone else and rent out each room individually for a minimum stay of 3 months

- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. You will need to smoke outside and collect your cigarette butts
