I’m looking for a replacement due to change of circumstances so this will be taking over my tenancy which is almost 2 years and could be extended after that. The end day would be 11th December 25. Or could be longer after that. Please don’t enquire if you can’t stay that length because it wouldn’t work for less time unfortunately
