Lovingly renovated and refurbished Victorian Warner 2 bed garden flat in buzzing Walthamstow. I’m looking for long term tenants who will take good care of this beautiful home and make it their own, and be considerate of the close community. 

The house is furnished and the quicker you can move and the less items I need to remove the better. You will need a bed for the second bedroom but otherwise each room being completely furnished (soft furnishings and kitchen top appliances not included). 

This property is in high demand and a tenant is usually found within the 2 day viewing period. Viewings on Saturday 4th January 2025 afternoon and all day Sunday 5th January only. Available from Monday 6th January to move in. I can only answer messages which have all the details requested for viewings. I can answer questions from Monday 22nd Dec.

The most ideal occupancy is a couple or single person (not singles sharing), and there is space to 1-2 small children too. The main double bedroom is suitable for a single or couple and the second, small bedroom for a child (it can fit a 3/4 bed, but best for single bed or bunks). 

The garden is private and partitioned to share with the upstairs neighbours. 

Closest station Walthamstow Central 12 mins walk (underground Victoria line, overland to Gospel Oak or Liverpool Street). 

Min tenancy 12 months. Bills are not included and tenants will be responsible for water, energy, council tax and internet (Virgin Media). 

Central heating and double glazing. Bathroom underfloor heating. Original wooden floors. 

Washing machine, new oven, gas hob included. Other counter top appliances not included. There is no dishwasher. 

Tenants must have their own contents insurance for possessions. 

No smokers please. 

Pets are allowed, but there is no cat / dog flap.
