Our two-bedroom, first-floor flat in a Victorian terrace is available to rent as we're moving away for work. It’s a five-minute walk to both the center of Crouch End and Priory Park, so everything you need is close by, but it’s also a quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

We’ve kept the period details intact, like the original floorboards, marble fireplace, and sash windows, and furnished it to a high standard. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee machine, and microwave. There’s also a a washing machine, Miele vacuum cleaner, dehumidifier, and a LG smart TV. The main bedroom has a kind size storage bed with an Emma mattress. There's a mesh Wi-Fi network that is Virgin Media ready (we’re including the first six months).

The flat gets great light and air, and we’ve been lucky to have really nice neighbors. There’s a garden out back, shared with one other flat, though they don’t use it, so you’ll have it to yourself. We’re hoping to find someone respectful who will appreciate the place as much as we do.
