Our current tenants are moving after a job move (sad to see them leave) so we're going thought OpenRent again as it worked really well the last time around.
This is a very well maintained, high standard, 2-bedroom (private) garden flat with two bathrooms (1 ensuite) with a lot of character. We lived there for a few years and got a fair amont of work done to the kitchen (we love cooking), bedrooms, bathrooms to make it really nice to live in.
The garden is of really nice size and green most of the year (it usually starts to blossom in March/April). There are also two sheds at the back of the garden to store away whatever you don’t use very often.
The flat is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, known as the « Milton » area. 10 min walk away from Highgate station. 12 minutes from Archway station. All windows are double glazed.
The flat is let unfurnished - we want people to make it their own so no problem if you want to hang frames etc. Also, we live a few minutes away so we'll be available for our tenants whenever they need something from us (we want to maintain the property to the best standard possible).

ps2: no price negotiation - it'll save everyone time. There are probably cheaper places around...but those places will be noticeably less nice / well maintained.
Ps3: the pictures were taken with our furniture in, when we still lived in the property. They were taken in late April / early May (just for your reference regarding the way the garden looks).
Ps4: the flat is available pretty much immediately - we just need to organise some light building/painting work (following previous tenants being there for a few years) and end of tenancy clean.
