It comfortably accommodates 5 people and offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in London. The flat comes professionally cleaned with fresh linens, towels and toiletries.

This is a modern newly refurbished 2 bed 1.5 bath flat situated on the ground floor in Red Brick Period build. The home features a high ceiling and large windows.
The apartment is equipped with a modern standard kitchen and 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, a large living room & dining table for 4. Also, the living room contains a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two more people.
The double bedrooms are bright and airy with plenty of storage space; the beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system.
In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and the time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £100 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
