The picturesque large complex was built in 2008 and I bought it off plan. I have a modest mortgage for the next 4-5 years then I plan on selling up.

- 24HR concierge with drive through and parking for all guests and family of course. securely gated.
- There are motorbike spaces and bicycle stands to lock all away for added security as one would expect.
- There are private Gardners and cleaners for the complex.
- I also have a private number a lovely woman whom I can recommend as a weekly cleaner for the flat. I trust her implicitly.
- Parcels et.al can be delivered and left at the concierge whenever necessary if one is not home.
- small Refurbishments are taking place, white walls all freshly painted, new kitchen and will be completed before one rents the property.
I am only looking to rent to males, whether that be students with a guarantor or professionals. My apologies and I hope this does not cause offence at all. I have other properties which I rent and find that it works best for both parties this way.
PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! CATS OR DOGS ALIKE. THE COMPLEX IS ANIMAL FRIENDLY. AND ONE WILL ALWAYS SEE A FRIENDLY FACE WAGGING ITS MERRY TALE ABOUT FROM DAY TO DAY.
I know all the staff extremely well at the concierge and you will never find a more compassionate and giving team when it refers to QMG.
I understand that the next paragraph I am going to add mayn't be to ones taste, but I hope one will understand once I explain as to why I have chosen and request 6 months rent in advance plus with a 1 month deposit placed into the Rent deposit scheme, DPS or My Deposit scheme, as I am moving ASAP further into London for university and work with a dear friend. An AST will of course be singed and dated et.al by all parties concerned for security of tenure. I for all intense purposes will be your humble Landlord and I also have a friendly very competent builder, gas engineer et al whom one can use whenever necessary.
South Woodford is the last town in London before you enter into Essex county, you have Epping Forest 20 mins away by car if that. The flat is situated 20minutes walking distance from SW station which has a carpark also. The central line is the main overground and underground line which leads directly into the city, Liverpool Street in 20mins and Oxford Circus in 40mins going west, to Epping and Wanstead high street going East.
South Woodford high street has the most quaint row of shops, restaurants, cafe bars and supermarkets such as
Marks and Spencer's and Waitrose. For unique, hand crafted, selective gifts and home furnishings you have Room 22. For Brunch and coffee which is also doggie friendly one has Bobo and wild with Wood Oven BBQ and Wood Oven Kitchen in close proximity for excellent fine dining and takeout.
I do hope that one will be as happy go lucky as I have been here for as long as possible. A periodic contract is always available after the year has ended as I have done so in the past, if one wishes to remain further.
