We have a lovely 2 bedroom flat available for short or medium term lets of 4-6 months. We have some flexibility on that, a month or two either way, but please note this isn't suitable as a long term rental. The flat comes furnished as seen, with most basic necessities including kitchenware.

The flat is available from 2 January 2025 - ideally we find someone who wants it from then or soon after.

The flat itself really is lovely, recently refurbished, in a brick building on the 2nd floor with lift access if needed. 5 minute walk to Hoxton Overground, 10 minutes to Old Street Underground. Excellent bus connection in to the city though. It is fantastically located, in a quiet block but with all the shops, bars and restaurants of Hoxton and Shoreditch on your doorstep.
