Lawrence Wharf is conveniently located around 10 minutes bus ride away both from Canada Water and Bermondsey Tube stations. There are bus stops to both directions just outside of the complex. It is also 2 minutes ferry ride away to Canary Wharf finance district from the pier on the doorsteps of the development every 10 minutes.

If you have a car, there is also a secure parking for the residents.

This would be an ideal flat for 2 professionals or a couple and a single person as the occupancy capacity is maximum 3 people.

The flat is offering 2 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living room, main bathroom and a secondary toilet. It is recently refurbished and fully equipped with brand new furniture to high standards.

Each room has a double bed and wardrobe. Living room has a large comfortable sofa and a 55 inch 4K TV.

Kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, fridge/freezer, conventional oven, microwave oven and a Nespresso Coffee machine.

Tenants get access to private tennis court for residents.
