The flat offers two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and includes a large TV. The second bedroom has stunning rooftop windows and provides direct access to the private garden with outdoor furniture.

For your convenience, there is a separate shower room. Fluffy towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms, ensuring a luxurious experience.

Rest assured, the apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £100 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Do not walk indoors with outside shoes on. Aircon units and lights must be switched off when leaving the property at any time.

Windows should not be left open when not in the property.

Do not flush sanitary disposals down the toilet as they may become blocked.

Heating must be switched off at end of the stay via the thermostat on the wall in the hallway before vacating the property.
